Who is responsible

The data controller is Stefano Buffa, developer of Onzeball. Contact: privacy@onzeball.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter in the waitlist form, together with the date you signed up and the fact that you gave consent.

Why and on what basis

To send you an invite to the Onzeball closed alpha and occasional updates about the project. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell or share your email, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On Vercel infrastructure, in a private storage area located in the European Union (Frankfurt). Vercel acts as a data processor. Access is limited to the controller.

How long we keep it

Until the alpha invitations are completed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you join the game, your account is then governed by the game's own terms.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your email, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@onzeball.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site, not from third parties.
